My Background
I was born in Kenitra, Morocco, Africa on an American Navy base in the early 1960's to American parents. When I was 2-1/2, my family moved from Morocco to New Jersey where I was raised. It was an easy decision for me to go into the construction business since my father and grandfather both worked as Electricians in New Jersey. So, at 19, I joined the US Navy Construction Battalion and became a "Seabee" like my father. While in the Navy, I was stationed in Coos Bay, Oregon, Hawaii, Midway Island, Mississippi, and Bermuda, but I always knew I would one day return to the Pacific Northwest since I truly fell in love with the area during my days in Coos Bay. Following my time in the Navy, I moved to Florida and joined my father in his General Construction business in the Tampa Bay Area. in 1989, I married my wife, Ruth, and we now have 3 grown children, Megan, Katie and Paul III, along with 4 amazing grandchildren, Zachary, Emery, Avery and Violet.
In the early 1990s, I obtained my Florida State Building Contractors License and soon after started my own woodworking shop and spent several years remodeling kitchens and bathrooms in the Tampa Bay area. I sold that business in 1999, and went to work for a friend's construction business as a job site manager. In 2003, I started another business as a General Contractor, building custom homes and commercial buildings.
In 2011, my family and I decided that we needed a change of scenery, so we moved to San Juan Island in Washington State where I also obtained a Builders License and specialized in Tile Installation.
In 2022, following the death of my father, we returned to Florida to help care for my mother. I reactivated my Builders license in 2024 following the devastating hurricanes that hit our area and I am once again ready to provide my services to customers in need of a Building Contractor.

Our business specializes in all aspects of building construction from CAD design, new construction, Complete remodels and interior design consultation, and we are presently located in Brooksville, FL
